Alana Olschwang, PhD
Dr. Alana Olschwang leads FRCC's strategic planning, institutional research, accreditation, equity and inclusion and data analytics.
Her work strengthens how the college sets priorities, tracks progress and uses evidence
to guide decision-making. She connects strategy to action by keeping planning, measurement
and accountability aligned across the institution.
Her division supports workforce alignment, grant development and continuous improvement to advance student success and close gaps in outcomes.
Dr. Olschwang brings more than 20 years of higher education strategy and research experience and holds a PhD in Higher Education.
