Ethan Johnson, DPA
Dr. Ethan Johnson leads FRCC's operational functions, including facilities, information technology, campus safety and emergency management.
He keeps the systems that support daily operations running effectively while maintaining
a safe, secure environment for students and employees.
His work focuses on operational readiness, regulatory compliance and institutional preparedness. He coordinates with internal teams and external partners on emergency planning, infrastructure and compliance requirements, including Clery reporting.
Dr. Johnson brings extensive experience in public safety administration and higher education operations. He holds a Doctor of Public Administration and is a graduate of the FBI National Command Course.
