Purpose of College Governance
FRCC is adopting a model of college governance that expands participation and representation across our college community. This model reflects our commitment to inclusive, informed, and thoughtful engagement of all stakeholders in shaping the college’s future. Governance is advisory and deliberative, shaping recommendations and proposals that guide institutional decisions. Final decisions rest with the President and President's Executive Leadership, who are responsible for intentionally considering governance input.
At its core, governance builds transparency and trust through clear communication.
