New FRCC Student
Steps to Apply
- Attend an information session for the Geospatial Science program.
- Apply to FRCC
- Complete the Student Information form for the Geospatial Science program.
- Log in to the eWOLF student portal
Click the Navigate icon to complete your To-Do items:
- Submit the Pre-Registration form to get placed into the right classes
- Sign up for New Student Orientation
- Activate your student email
- Discover other helpful things to get you started at FRCC
It's all online, so you can do it anywhere and at your own pace.

Meet with Your Pathways Advisor
All new students are required to meet with their Pathways Advisor before registering for classes. During this advising appointment you will:
- Confirm your degree of study
- Create an academic plan for your time at Front Range
- Determine courses to take your first semester

- Attend New Student Orientation
Attending orientation is required. It's worth your time because you will:
- Connect with classmates and faculty
- Learn about your Career & Academic Community
- Explore your program choices and careers
- Learn strategies to be a successful college student
Transferring from Another College
Steps to Apply
- Attend an information session for the Geospatial Science program.
- Apply to FRCC.
- Complete the Student Information form for the Geospatial Science program.

Complete the Transfer Credit Evaluation form to help us determine what credits you have and what will transfer. FRCC accepts credits for which you earned a grade of C or higher.
- FRCC only accepts official transcripts sent directly (mail or electronic) from your previous college or university to the Office of the Registrar.
- Transcripts issued to the student, hand-carried, or faxed cannot be accepted.
- They can be emailed to TransferCredit@frontrange.edu or sent to the FRCC campus you want to attend. Find campus addresses.
- Log in to the eWOLF student portal
While we're evaluating your transfer credits or if you plan to transfer in credits later, log in to eWOLF and click the Navigate icon to complete your To-Do items:
- Submit the Pre-Registration form to get placed into the right classes
- Register for classes
- Activate your student email
- Discover other helpful things to get you started at FRCC
It's all online, so you can do it anywhere and at your own pace. You will need your S# to log in to eWOLF. Once you've completed the online orientation, you'll be able to register for classes.

Schedule an appointment to meet with your Pathways Advisor in Navigate or by calling the main number at 303-678-3722. Meeting with your Pathways Advisor is required so you can develop an academic plan for your time at FRCC based on your educational and career goals.
Current or Returning FRCC Student
If it has been over a year since you have taken classes at FRCC, you may need to re-apply. Call us at 303-678-3722, to check your status. (Admission to the college does not guarantee admission to the Bachelor of Applied Science program.)
Steps to Apply
- Complete the Student Information form for the Geospatial Science program.

Transfer credit into FRCC. If you have coursework from another school that you want to transfer in, complete the Transfer Credit Evaluation form to help us determine if you have met the prerequisites to start taking 300 and 400 level classes. Minimum 2.0 GPA in GIS-related classes is required.
