We're here to help! Reach us by phone, email, or appointment. We aim to respond within 2 business days, but we make take longer around the start of a new semester.

Please note: Financial aid advisors are available during specific hours only: Monday - Thursday, 9 - 11 am and 2 - 4 pm.  Outside of our phone hours, you may leave a voicemail.

Email Us

Email finaid@frontrange.edu and include your name and your student number if you have one. If you have a CCCS email address, please email us from that address – we can only reply to you there. You can access your CCCS email through eWolf.

Make an Appointment

We offer both in-person and virtual appointments. You can schedule your appointment through Navigate. If you’re unfamiliar with Navigate, please follow appointment scheduling instructions or call us.

Need to Submit Documents?

For the 2025-26 school year (Fall 2025 through Summer 2026), you may email documents to us via your CCCS email or schedule an appointment to bring them to us in-person. For the 2026-27 school year (Fall 2026 through Summer 2027), please use Student Forms.

*Some departments may be open by appointment only after 12 pm. Admissions, Wolf Central, Testing Services, Campus Safety and IT will offer limited services during this time.
